Facet Consulting Group
A round brilliant cut diamond has 57 facets. This cut is called ideal as it works towards the overall purpose of giving a diamond its maximum fire and scintillation. A perfect cut gives a diamond its brilliance and ultimately its value.
In the same way Facet Consulting Group is about aligning the many facets of ministry in just the right proportion to bring out the brilliance and value of the ministry.
Specific areas of focus include strategy, outcomes, Gallup Strengths Finder training (personal and team building) and resource development.
